1. About SM Learning

¿Qué es el Login único?
Es el nuevo punto de acceso único al ecosistema de plataformas digitales de SM, creado con la finalidad de que el usuario pueda acceder a todos los contenidos de Savia, Conecta, Loran, Aprendizajes Clave, Código XD, etc., por una sola página.

¿Qué pasos debo seguir para registrarme?
Debe acceder a (http://login.educamos.sm), seleccionar el perfil correspondiente, ya sea alumno o profesor, el país desde el que se está realizando el registro y rellenar los campos que se encuentran en el formulario. Al finalizar con el llenado de los campos, el ecosistema le enviará un correo para activar su cuenta. Una vez activa podrá ingresar al entorno y utilizar los contenidos de sus licencias vigentes.

¿Qué es una contraseña segura?
Una contraseña segura permite evitar que otras personas o programas maliciosos, puedan adivinarla fácilmente. La contraseña segura está compuesta por un mínimo de 8 caracteres entre los cuales debe haber una letra mayúscula, una letra minúscula y algún número o carácter especial (%, #, @, $, 9, 2).

¿Qué hago si he olvidado mi contraseña?
Debo acceder al login único y dar clic sobre la opción ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?, ingresar el correo con el que se dio de alta en el sistema y éste le enviará un correo que le permitirá generar una nueva contraseña para su acceso al ecosistema Educamos SM.

¿Cuántos registros en el Login necesito si utilizo diferentes licencias?
Con sólo un registro podrá dar de alta todas sus licencias, independientemente de la serie del ecosistema a la que pertenezca el contenido (Savia, Conecta, Loran, etc).

¿Qué hago si no me ha llegado el correo de bienvenida?
• Se deberá de ingresar un correo electrónico válido y al que tenga acceso para recibir ahí las instrucciones correspondientes.
• En caso de que haya ingresado el correo correctamente, revisar en su bandeja de correo no deseados o bien Spam.

¿Cómo actualizo mis datos personales?
Debe acceder al Login único y entrar a las opciones de perfil, desde esta opción podrá editar sus datos originales.

¿Si ya era usuario de SM, debo volver a registrarme?
No, podrá ingresar con los datos con los que se dio de alta en las plataformas digitales de SM anteriormente.

¿Cuándo vence mi usuario del Login único?
Mi usuario no vencerá, debo solicitar una licencia nueva para tener acceso a mis contenidos del ecosistema para el ciclo escolar vigente.

¿Cómo agrego una licencia?
• Primera vez: Al registrarse se enviará un correo electrónico para activar su cuenta, una vez que la active se le dará la opción de ingresar sus licencias.
• Si desea registrar sus licencias posteriormente: Una vez que inicie sesión podrá agregar sus licencias desde el botón Códigos o licencias que se encuentra ubicado en la parte superior derecha de la página.
• ¿El alumno/profesor puede darse de alta en la plataforma sin comprar contenidos?
• El alumno/profesor podrá realizar su registro y activar su cuenta, pero posteriormente tendrá que ingresar sus licencias para hacer uso de los contenidos digitales de la serie que desee.

¿Si soy directivo del colegio, pero no estoy frente a grupo puedo darme de alta?
(Aplica savia) Si, tendrá que realizar su registro como profesor ingresando sus licencias y posteriormente solicitar al (CIAC) el cambio de su perfil a director.
2. Contents and virtual classroom

Does the SM Learning ecosystem have video tutorials for its use and management?
Yes, each series has videos that will guide you through the use of each of the modules on the platform. They are located in the Help menu and Support Audiovisual Material.

How do I add a code or license?
The first time you access, when the account activation is confirmed, the system suggests adding the codes or licenses that you have available. If you wish to activate more codes or licenses, from https://login.educamos.sm, press the “Codes / Licenses” button. There you can activate them.

How do I download the contents?
The SM App allows offline (offline) work. In order to use this feature, you only have to install the app on your device and write down the username and password that you have chosen when registering at login.educamos.sm.
From then on you can download the units you need to work offline on your device. -
As a teacher, how do I create a digital classroom?
Access the “My students” area and from there you create a “New group”. The system will automatically answer you with a code that you must share with your students to join the group.
